Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of fifteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fifteen days and starts on the day you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of revocation, you must inform us (Black Eyes – CoolStar AG, Sonnbüel 14, CH 6024 Hildisrieden Switzerland, info@black-eyes.ch, +41 (0)41 230 38 23, or Black Eyes – CoolStar AG, Industriepark 239, DE 78244 Gottmadingen Germany, info@black-eyes.ch, +49 (0)7731 186 905) by means of clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post, fax or email etc.) regarding your decision to revoke the contract. To observe the revocation period it shall be sufficient to send the notification of the exercising of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke the contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than within fifteen days of the date on which we received the notice of revocation of the contract. We will effect this repayment by the same payment type that has been used by the Customer for payment of the order, except if otherwise agreed; on no account will we charge any fees for this repayment. We can refuse this repayment until the products have been returned to us or until you provide proof to having returned the products. You have to return the products immediately and no later than within fifteen days from the date on which we received the notice of revocation of the contract. This deadline shall be considered met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fifteen days. You shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You shall pay for any diminished value of the corresponding goods, if this diminished value is attributable to your handling of the goods in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, nature and functioning of the goods.

Please return the goods if possible including all accessories in their original packaging and include all parts of the original packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage. Please avoid damaging and contamination of goods that should be returned. Please note that the above indications above are not a precondition for effectively exercising your right of revocation, they only make managing returns easier for us.
